If you are from a European Union country, bring along the European Health Insurance Card (former E111 form) which will automatically entitle you to medical treatment in Austria; otherwise please do not forget to take out adequate health insurance before you leave home.
If you wish to take the school's health, accident, liability and luggage insurance in Vienna direct, you can do so on the day of your arrival.
Airport Transfers
If you have booked our transfer service, and given us the precise details of your arrival in advance you will be met by a driver holding a sign with your name and an ActiLingua sign. You will be met by a driver either at the airport (in the arrivals hall) or the railway station (on the platform direct).
